Are you seeking prospect? Hanover Honda is looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our expanding team!
The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for helping customers secure financing options, such as auto loans or leases, and explaining the terms and conditions of the financial agreements. Additionally, you may offer extended warranty plans, insurance products, and other financial services to enhance the overall buying experience. If you have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of financing options, and the ability to ensure a seamless and satisfactory transaction for customers then this is the role for you!
Job Duties:
Responsible for selling financing, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP insurance, credit insurance and other Aftermarket products to clients
Utilizationof dealership management systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing,leasingand incentive programs
Read,understandand adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer
Work in strict compliance with the laws of Ontario and Canada
Ensure all work performed is thorough,accurateand completed on time
Preparation of all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles
Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer,dealershipand suppliers
Attend sponsored training as scheduled
Ensure quotes for products and services are competitive
Establish andmaintainstrong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centres and third-party vendors
Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery
Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuringa positive outcome andmaintaininga high levelof customer satisfaction
Successful Candidates Possess:
Valid OMVIC certification
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Professionaldemeanourand appearance
Ability to work in a team
Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
Loves afast-pacedenvironment
Solid computer skills and understanding of technology
Experience with Dealership Management Systems (PBS) is considered an asset

Position Status Disclosure:
This posting is for an existing position vacancy within the SALES Department.
This role is required on a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT basis

Work Location: On-site in HANOVER
The expected compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 /year (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)
This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
