Jetson is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees. This full-time role requires a meticulous approach to ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. payroll laws. You will be pivotal in shaping the payroll function as the company expands operations, leveraging technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll in ADP for all employees
• Calculate and check piece-rate pay for field technicians
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on commission calculations
• Ensure compliance with CRA,



IRS, and employment standards
• Maintain accurate employee pay data and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• 5+ years of payroll experience in Canada and the U.S.
• PCP/CPM or CPP designation is an asset
• Proficiency in ADP and payroll compliance
• High accuracy with Excel skills required
• Familiarity with modern efficiency tools including AI
