Northview Law is seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer for our Toronto team. We require 4–5+ years of post-bar experience handling sophisticated corporate and commercial matters and direct client engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess solid drafting and negotiating skills, good business judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end, including due diligence, structuring, and strategic advice.
