Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and compute freight rates for services
• Verify freight bills and check against original documents




• Calculate storage and accessorial charges when necessary
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Classify freight based on NMFC guide descriptions

Requirements:
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong geographical knowledge of Canada and the U.S.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Billing background preferred
• Knowledge of LTL 400 an asset
