Emterra Group is looking for an enthusiastic team member to support their Recycling and Waste Centre. In this role, you will interact with the public, ensuring they navigate the facility safely while recycling and disposing of materials. You'll also assist in training new staff and contribute to compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recycling services and knowledge to the community
• Help train new personnel on operational procedures
• Ensure adherence to recycling facility specifications




• Monitor onsite inventories for compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers and control site traffic

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a customer service role
• Safe work approach in outdoor settings
• Robust interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and work rotating shifts
• Experience with mobile equipment is a plus
