Good Shepherd is seeking a Relief Program Worker dedicated to its mission at the Venture Centre. You will be responsible for sorting, sizing, and racking donated items, supervising students and volunteers, and ensuring respectful interactions with donors. Your role emphasizes health and safety compliance, contributing to a positive impact on individuals facing challenges such as poverty and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and rack clothing, household items, and food donations
• Supervise and motivate students and volunteers in the program
• Interact with donors respectfully and graciously




• Demonstrate Positive Shepherd's values in daily activities
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and compliance

Requirements:
• Commitment to the mission and values of Good Shepherd
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
