Translate design trends into store windows and environments.
Develop and train store management teams, build relationships, and use workforce skills effectively.
Develop a robust understanding of the brand image and travel as needed.
Requirements 2-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills.
Strategic communication skills across all levels of an organization and strong follow-through.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
