Geriatrician Opportunity at Bluewater Health (Full time, Sarnia Ontario) Bluewater Health is expanding its Specialized Geriatric Service and is seeking a Geriatrician to join the team in Sarnia, Ontario . The program currently includes one geriatrician and a nurse practitioner and provides specialized care for older adults across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
This role offers the opportunity to practise comprehensive geriatric medicine in a collaborative hospital environment while contributing to an expanding service that supports the health needs of seniors throughout Sarnia–Lambton.
Geriatric medicine program at Bluewater Health The Specialized Geriatric Service at Bluewater Health works closely with hospital and community partners to support older adults with complex medical needs.

Affiliation with the London Regional Geriatric Program
Consultations for both hospitalized patients and outpatients
No expected night or weekend call
Remuneration through a combination of Ministry of Health Alternate Payment Plan (APP) and Fee-for-Service billing

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with certification in Geriatric Medicine , or equivalent
Eligibility for an independent licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
Commitment to service excellence with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Interest in training medical students and residents
