Lead impactful projects with Indigenous Perspectives Society as a Program Development Project Lead. Focus on enhancing culturally secure training for Indigenous Child and Family Services across British Columbia.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Manager of Curriculum and Learning Development within the Indigenous Child and Family Services Training (ICFST) program. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that strengthen educational outcomes for indigenous communities. You will also be involved in quantitative and qualitative analysis and prepare reports to uphold best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project needs to enhance program curriculum
• Develop actionable project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with contractors and internal staff
• Collect and evaluate data for project improvement
• Maintain educational platforms and resources
Requirements:
• Degree in Human and Social Sciences or equivalent
• 5-7 years of project planning experience
• Experience in curriculum development is an asset
• Solid understanding of Indigenous cultures in BC
• Proficiency in MS Office and Moodle
