Responsibilities
Support the sector's AOS lead in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing deviations (NVA));
Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving workstation performance;
Support the progression of AOS maturity;
Support workstation performance analysis;
Be the local contact for AOS standards;
Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.





Profile sought
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
You have between 2 and 5 years of operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role;
You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second-level managers;
You have a marked interest in coaching;
You have an affinity for the shop floor;
You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
You are bilingual (French and English).
