Lead nursing excellence at the County of Lambton as a Nursing Supervisor I. Provide clinical and operational leadership while ensuring top-notch, person-centered care in our Long-Term Care division.

In this full-time role, you'll supervise and mentor Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Your focus will be on embedding person-centered principles in all care plans and service deliveries. With your expertise, you will enhance the quality of care and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations in a nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff including RPNs and PSWs
• Ensure Elder-directed care principles are integrated into services
• Monitor documentation for compliance and accuracy




• Participate in recruitment and training of nursing staff
• Facilitate Quality Improvement initiatives for better outcomes

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing (CNO)
• 2-3 years clinical experience in Long-Term Care
• Leadership certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
