Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a Safety-First culture during all site activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory construction role
• Experience with earthworks and heavy civil projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work wide-ranging shifts including nights and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License required
