As an experienced technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-end waterfront properties in Muskoka. This full-time, year-round position requires proficiency in multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will ensure our clients’ cottages remain secure and beautifully maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Execute seasonal property maintenance and light landscaping




• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies quickly
• Maintain organized inventories of tools and equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in property maintenance or residential construction
• Demonstrated expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades
• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid G Driver’s License for travel to sites
• Familiarity with smart home technologies preferred
