Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit Services, you will be a pivotal leader within GreenShield’s third line of defense. This position requires expertise in risk management, internal controls, and delivering high-quality audits. You’ll lead the annual audit plan, build robust ties with business units, and mentor team members towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of the internal audit plan across all GreenShield entities
• Oversee audit planning and resource allocation for projects
• Manage complex audit engagements and reporting processes




• Foster team growth through coaching and accountability
• Evaluate risk management and internal control processes

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields such as accounting or finance
• Minimum five years in internal audit or assurance roles
• Relevant designations like CPA or CIA preferred
• Strong understanding of IIA standards and COSO principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
