Redwood Software seeks a Director, Customer Success Operations & Education to lead global documentation and customer education. You will reshape the team, strategy, and tooling for an AI-first operating model, unifying Canada and India teams with measurable impact on time-to-value and customer outcomes.
You will own the docs platform, drive in-product guidance with Pendo, and scale education offerings across software customers and partners, including OpenAPI-driven docs.
