In the role of Commander, reporting to the Deputy Chief of Paramedic Services, you will manage paramedic services through guiding Superintendents and staff. Your expertise will ensure adherence to policies, enhance operations efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance. Strategic decision-making during emergencies is a critical responsibility, alongside fostering strong stakeholder relationships for supportive program management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee paramedic operations and resource management
• Supervise daily actions of paramedic staff and Superintendents




• Ensure adherence to emergency management policies
• Act as Incident Commander during major events
• Develop and implement program plans aligned with corporate objectives

Requirements:
• University Degree in Business Administration or Health Sciences
• Current certification as a Primary Care or Advanced Care Paramedic
• Minimum five years of experience in paramedic services
• Two years of direct supervisory experience
• Robust knowledge of EMS policies and regulations
