In your role as a Vascular Access Nurse, you'll model clinical excellence while ensuring safety and best practice for vascular access devices. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, providing crucial support to patients with complex health needs. Your responsibilities will include teaching and mentoring staff while monitoring health outcomes for ongoing quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient and family-focused care within RN scope
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and emergency codes




• Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and implement care plans
• Act as a role model for safety and best practices

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse status with CNO
• Minimum of 5 years in IV therapy expertise
• Advanced knowledge of vascular access devices
• Experience teaching IV initiation and management
• Current BCLS and preferred ACLS certifications
