Key Responsibilities:
• Assist complainants in articulating their health concerns
• Identify resources for resolutions outside CPSM




• Review medical records to support investigations
• Facilitate communication between parties to resolve issues
• Prepare written reports after resolution processes

Requirements:
• Regulated health professional with 5 years’ experience
• Strong communication skills for public interactions
• Training in cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Knowledge of trauma-informed communication
• Proficiency in Office 365 and confidential information handling
