About the Role As a Bookkeeper, you will manage a portfolio of owner-managed business clients across a variety of industries. You will work closely with clients and team members to provide accurate, timely, and proactive bookkeeping support while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
GST preparation and filing
Payroll processing, source deductions, ROEs, and payroll reporting
Preparation of T4s and other year-end filings
WCB reporting and administration
Financial record maintenance and reporting




Supporting clients with bookkeeping software and day-to-day inquiries
Collaborating with accountants and advisors to ensure seamless client service
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement, automation, and technology
What You Bring Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a public practice accounting firm
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, GST, and accounting principles
Experience managing multiple clients and competing deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Technical Experience Experience with the following is considered an asset: QuickBooks Online
Sage Accounting
Microsoft 365
Cloud-based accounting and payroll applications
Experience working in a technology-enabled environment
