Neshama Hospice in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations and Finance to lead the transition from construction to opening and sustainable operations.
You will build the finance, administrative, facilities, IT, people, and risk-management systems that enable Neshama Hospice to deliver exceptional, holistic end-of-life care. Collaborate with senior leaders to implement robust processes and ensure readiness for launch and ongoing operations.
