What We’re Looking For Shift Flexibility: Able to work rotating 10-to-12-hour day and night continental shifts (including alternate weekends).

Dependability: Proven track record of reliable attendance and robust work ethic.

Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full 10–12 hour shifts and handling light manual tasks.

Responsibilities Partner with production teams to reach daily output targets.

Safely operate machines, track performance, and report technical issues.

Inspect finished parts for quality and track basic daily production logs.

Conduct light cleaning and basic preventive machine maintenance.

Complete manual assembly steps and handle heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

Uphold strict workplace health and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications Hands-on experience in active production or manufacturing environments.

High accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive assembly work.

Strong mechanical aptitude and quick machine operating mastery.

Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning.

Flexible, adaptable, and open to working overtime as required.
