Senior Architect, NWA
Position Purpose
The Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. They will direct design efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.

Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld

Coordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project team

Participate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholders

Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectations

Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.

Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships

Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects

Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality,



and productivity

Travel: 10%

Competencies

Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and time management skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint

Qualifications / Prior Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Registered or licensed Architect

15+ years’ experience.

Design experience in Healthcare, Education and Municipalities is preferred.

Work Workplace
