Heidi is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the technical project lifecycle for enterprise customers. With a focus on EHR integrations and customer requirements, you’ll align internal teams and ensure successful go-live for complex projects. Your technical fluency and organizational skills will be key in managing expectations and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical project planning for enterprise implementations
• Create detailed project plans with Engineering and Solutions teams
• Conduct implementation sessions with customer IT and operational stakeholders




• Manage customer expectations as the primary technical contact
• Relay customer feedback to Internal teams for product improvement

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in Technical Project Management in SaaS
• Proven leadership in enterprise implementation projects
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR integrations, and APIs
• Solid organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams
