TNDC is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our estimating function and play a key role in growing our construction operations. This hands-on leadership role will develop accurate, competitive estimates for heavy civil, earthworks, mining, roadbuilding, and related projects.
You will drive bid strategy, manage suppliers and subs, coordinate with Operations, and build estimating standards and cost data to set the foundation for a future estimating team.
