Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join Eli Lilly Canada Inc. as Case PAR-063. This role will leverage business acumen and data-driven insights to foster key partnerships, drive organizational change, and significantly influence strategic decision-making within the company.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives and drive growth.

Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic business partnerships to expand market reach and enhance capabilities.

Influence key stakeholders and senior leadership through compelling data presentations and strategic arguments.

Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and optimize business processes.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

Job Qualifications

Demonstrated Business Competence with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Experience in establishing and nurturing successful Business Partnerships.

Strong Change Leadership capabilities, including experience in managing organizational change.

High level of Data Literacy, with the ability to interpret, analyze,



and present complex data.

Exceptional Decision Making skills, particularly in high-stakes environments.

Proven ability to exert Strategic Influence, guiding discussions and shaping organizational direction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of [X] years of progressive experience in a strategic business role.
