Northview Law is seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer for our Toronto team. We require 4–5+ years of post-bar experience handling sophisticated corporate and commercial matters and direct client engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting and negotiating skills, valuable business judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end, including due diligence, structuring, and strategic advice.
