CMHA Peel Dufferin is hiring a full-time Navigator based at 30 Centre St, Orangeville. You will perform initial assessments, develop client-centered plans, and coordinate services within a multidisciplinary team at the HART Hub Dufferin.
You will work 12:30pm–8:30pm, including some weekends/holidays, and contribute to crisis intervention and linkage to community resources. Competitive perks are included.
