As a Delivery Analyst, you will support our Services team in providing audit and compliance solutions. With 2-3 years of experience, you’ll facilitate workshops, translate client requirements into technical documents, and assist global teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Your role will be critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing valuable insights on GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer requests efficiently to ensure quality output
• Collaborate with managers to route current service requests




• Document standard operating procedures for client tasks
• Consult global teams for technical guidance on products
• Assist in training clients to leverage product capabilities

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in consulting or client-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of audit, risk management, and compliance
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in GRC tools is a plus
