Application Process:

Provide direction and guidance to the crew to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients

Organizing and preparing various tools and equipment for projects

Maintain staff morale by providing a positive example of leadership and teamwork

Lead, motivate and develop junior paving staff

Onsite Responsibilities:

Finishing and installing rubber products

Operating company vehicles and machinery

Manage the effective flow of work and personnel throughout the work site

Ensure that all crew members comply with company policies, processes and legal standards

Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environments

Requirements
