The ideal candidate will develop scalable front-end and back-end applications while integrating AI services and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications.

Build REST APIs and backend services.

Develop responsive user interfaces.

Integrate AI and Contact Center platforms.

Optimize application performance.





Participate in Agile development.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications 4+ years of full-stack development experience. 1+ year supporting Contact Center or Conversational AI platforms.

Experience with up-to-date frontend frameworks.

Strong backend development skills. API development and integration experience. SQL/database experience.

Preferred Skills React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Microservices architecture. CI/CD and Dev

Ops practices.
