The Narwhal is seeking a Development Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our fundraising program in Victoria, BC. Hybrid work arrangement, full-time, with a starting salary range of CAD 61,800–CAD 73,816 per year. You will support donor records, campaigns, grants, and stewardship activities across teams.
You will coordinate data management, reporting, major donor outreach, and events, contributing to a donor-centric approach within a team-oriented nonprofit environment.
