As a Junior Consultant at Kresto, you will work directly on client engagements — analysing workflows, designing AI-powered systems, and supporting implementation across EPC, infrastructure, and engineering environments.You will not be writing decks that sit in folders. Every engagement produces something that works in the real world: an automated reporting system, a document intelligence workflow, a coordination tool that saves a project team hours every week.This role is open to candidates from all countries. Fluent English is mandatory. You will work asynchronously with a globally distributed team and directly with clients in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and India.## What you will do* Support end-to-end delivery of AI workflow transformation engagements for EPC and engineering clients* Conduct workflow audits — mapping current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies,



and quantifying improvement opportunities* Design and document AI workflow solutions tailored to client-specific operations* Assist with implementation, testing, and handoff of workflow automation systems* Prepare explicit, structured deliverables including process maps, implementation plans, and outcome reports* Participate in client calls and workshops alongside the Principal Consultant## What we are looking for* Fluent English is mandatory — written and spoken, at a professional business level.
