In this full-time role, you will manage recruitment, performance management, leave administration, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
• Guide performance management and employee coaching
• Administer employee leaves and WCB claims




• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve concerns
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Minimum of three years HR experience required
