As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, Procurement, Fleet & Facilities. Your duties will include preparing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and managing inventory levels. Additionally, you will monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies in shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to policies
• Source products and materials from approved suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements effectively




• Monitor supplier performance on quality and delivery
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 2+ years of purchasing or logistics experience
• Purchasing or Supply Chain certification is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Construction industry experience is a plus
