Lead youth programs at the City of Brampton’s vibrant community centers as a Youth Program Coordinator. This full-time role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to enhance youth engagement.

In this managerial role, you will supervise part-time staff, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure effective program delivery for the community's youth. With responsibility for scheduling and operational oversight at youth hubs, you'll interact closely with local partners to deliver holistic services. Evening and weekend availability will be essential to meet program demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train part time staff and volunteers
• Develop and implement community youth programs




• Plan and deliver special events within the community
• Ensure quality standards are met in programming
• Monitor budget and report on program metrics

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related field
• 2 years of programming and planning experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification
