Recovery Alberta is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision across Northwest Community Adult mental health clinics, promoting best practices and patient-centered care. You will supervise staff, participate in performance evaluations, and help allocate staff resources to ensure productive operations.
The role requires a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work, full regulatory registration, and 5+ years of mental health practice with 1–3 years in supervision.
