VON Canada is seeking a Visiting Nurse to deliver holistic home care across diverse client groups. You will perform client assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with other health professionals to support families in homes, clinics, or virtually.
As an Ontario-licensed Registered Practical Nurse, you will work days with weekend coverage, travel to clients' homes, and participate in ongoing career development. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.
