Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Director of Clinical Services based in Oshawa, Ontario. The role reports to the Director of Care and focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a long-term care home.
The successful candidate will support care leadership, ensure compliance, and drive quality improvement across nursing services. Regular hours are Monday to Friday with potential overtime, and a team-oriented, interdisciplinary care approach is emphasized.
