Based in North York with a hybrid work model, you will translate business priorities into practical people strategies and lead organizational design, capability building, and talent processes. You will advise senior leaders, drive transformation, and collaborate with HR Centers of Competence to deliver core HR services while enabling growth and a high‑performing culture.
