Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) Job Duties Job Duties Online – Check links and content prior to the start of the course, update resources as needed, communicate with students regularly, mark assignments, monitor student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, manage and review exam submissions as required, finalize official grades. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Description Required Qualifications 1.
Four year Bachelor degree in Commerce or Administration; OR equivalent 4 year Business degree; OR related 4 year degree with major or related experience in specialty area to be taught; OR Business diploma with Education degree with related experience in specialty area to be taught; CPHR designation preferred.2.
Recent/relevant work experience (2 years in the last 5) in business environment in the specialty area to be taught. 3.
Effective communication skills (written and oral). 4.
Effective instructional ability. 5.
Effective interpersonal skills. 6.
Demonstrates valuing diversity.
There will be a mandatory System Training Event at each campus, dates TBA Desired QSA Required Competencies HR: Candidates must demonstrate experience and expertise in Strategic Human Resources planning and decision-making, with the ability to understand and navigate the many complexities of all facets of human resources (recruitment, selection, training & development, performance management, investigations, succession planning, policy development & administration, labour & employee relations, compensation & perks and employee engagement/wellness).
