Gain practical experience at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as an Engineering Project Coordinator intern this winter. Support engineering teams in Calgary, AB or Ottawa, ON with key project coordination tasks.

This is an exciting co-op role for engineering students looking to enhance their technical skills. You’ll be involved in coordinating project deliverables, procurement activities, and maintaining engineering data within systems. Your contributions will help streamline engineering processes and support the overall product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support coordination of technical information and materials
• Assist with procurement activities and RFQ tracking
• Maintain bills of material within PDM/PLM systems




• Review engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

Requirements:
• Enrolled in Engineering or STEM program
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems is an asset
