Maintain project schedules and meet milestones/deliverables.
Oversee the execution of custom design elements to ensure they meet client expectations and design specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Manage materials and equipment in office, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
Follow and implement the company Safety program
Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Perform Project turnover and 1 year warranty walkthroughs with clients and Project Manager.
Proficiency in Buildertrend is an asset, including the provide daily updates and photos of job functions and project schedules within the Buildertrend platform.
