MDC (M.D. Charlton) is expanding its Sales team by hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role acts as the first line of contact for inbound customer needs, providing accurate information in a timely manner to accelerate the customer experience.
The candidate will also support outbound engagement by following up on quotes, leads and existing accounts to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. Travel to tradeshows may occasionally be required.
