As the primary HR resource, you will partner with leaders and associates at the Brampton Market Distribution Centre. This role requires expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. You’ll make a significant impact on employee engagement and retention by fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main HR contact for teams at the MDC
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and talent acquisition
• Conduct workplace investigations and performance management




• Support onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives
• Act as Tier 1 Health & Safety resource for the facility

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of Ontario employment and health & safety laws
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Experience in employee relations and recruitment
• CHRP designation considered an asset
