Description du poste À titre de contrôleur d’usine, vous jouerez un rôle clé de partenaire stratégique au sein de l’équipe de gestion, en contribuant à maximiser la rentabilité, à renforcer la performance financière et à guider l’usine vers l’atteinte de ses objectifs. Vous combinerez votre expertise analytique à votre sens des affaires afin d’influencer des décisions ayant un impact direct sur les opérations, la productivité et la croissance à long terme. C'est l'occasion de vous joindre à un poste où votre leadership financier aura un véritable impact.
Vos responsabilités Analyser et anticiper les écarts de performance manufacturière afin de soutenir une prise de décision éclairée
Collaborer avec la direction de l’usine pour identifier des leviers de productivité et atteindre les objectifs budgétaires
Piloter les processus de budgétisation et de prévisions financières à l’échelle de l’usine
Assurer la supervision financière des inventaires physiques et veiller à l'exactitude des stocks
Maintenir des registres financiers fiables (actifs, passifs et transactions) conformément aux normes corporatives
Développer et maintenir les standards de coûts pour l’ensemble des produits fabriqués
Coordonner le budget annuel des investissements, incluant l'analyse de rentabilité et le suivi des dépenses
Garantir des clôtures financières mensuelles rigoureuses et des rapports précis dans les délais établis
Soutenir les audits internes et externes en assurant la conformité et la disponibilité des informations
Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue de la performance globale de l’usine par des initiatives financières et opérationnelles
Votre valeur ajoutée Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe — Comptabilité préférée
2+ ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou contrôle
Bon niveau de l’anglais est nécessaire (en raison de la présence d'une partie de l'équipe en Ontario et aux États-Unis, ce qui nécessite une communication fluide)




Solides compétences en collaboration et une mentalité axée sur l'équipe
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à s'épanouir sous pression
Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels
Excellente communication, compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à prioriser efficacement
Qualifications préférées Expérience avec SAP
Certifications professionnelles telles que CPA, CGMA ou CMA

What You’ll Do Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to help drive smarter decisions
Partner with Plant Management to deliver productivity savings and meet budget commitments
Lead and coordinate plant-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial oversight for physical inventory counts and accuracy
Maintain precise records of assets, liabilities, and transactions in alignment with corporate standards
Develop and maintain cost standards for all products produced
Coordinate the annual Capital Budget, including financial justification and expenditure control
Ensure timely, accurate reporting and monthly closings for Operations and Corporate Support internal and external audits
Take on additional responsibilities that help strengthen plant performance
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field — Accounting preferred
2+ years of experience in accounting or controlling
Good level of English is required (due to the presence of part of the team in Ontario and the United States, which requires fluent communication)
Solid collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
Willingness to travel occasionally
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP
