As a Safety Advisor, you will support the Non Regulated Engineering Services Project Execution team in Newfoundland and Labrador. This role requires providing technical advice and oversight, coaching project managers, and ensuring safety management protocols are executed effectively. You'll play a key role in communicating between field personnel and project managers while overseeing safety inspections and training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and technical advice to the Project Execution team
• Coach Project Managers and Construction Management Representatives




• Ensure effective implementation of the Contractor Safety Management Program
• Coordinate and support incident investigations and documentation
• Perform safety inspections and fieldwork across multiple sites

Requirements:
• Safety training or equivalent experience in Safety and Health Management
• Experience with auditing and incident investigations
• Field experience in hydro-electric and electrical industries preferred
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
• Ability to work safely in heavy industrial environments
