RONA in Canada is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure outstanding customer service at the Cambridge area store. You will drive merchandising, scheduling, promotions, and staff development to meet sales goals.
With a minimum of five years in retail personnel management, you’ll coach teams, recruit staff for your department, and implement company initiatives.
