Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, this key role involves the setup and ongoing operation of extrusion lines. You will manage one line at a time while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills will be crucial as you assist with line adjustments and support packers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely start up and shut down extrusion lines
• Manage product and tooling setups per procedures
• Adjust lines for maximum safety and output
• Complete shift reports and checklists accurately
• Assist packers with various tasks during breaks

Requirements:
• Must work 12-hour rotating Continental shifts
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with extrusion processes is an asset
• Basic math skills for operational accuracy
