Public Disposal & Recycling Inc. is a Canadian company that provides full-service roll off and dumpster bin rentals. We are currently searching for a permanent, full time, front-end dumpster truck driver to join our team who is self-motivated, a team player, has a positive attitude, and can provide a positive customer experience.
Public Disposal and Recycling Inc is looking for a Roll Off and/or Front End Truck Driver to join our team! If you are looking to join a dynamic team with great cohesion, then this is the job for you.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Safe operation of a Roll Off and/or Front End truck
Ensure pick-ups are met and completed as provided.
Drive and operate a Front-End Dumpster Truck
Conduct detailed pre-trip inspections of equipment and assigned vehicles
Pick up garbage dumpsters at customer locations, using a Front Loader system.
Transport loads to assigned facilities following all safety requirements
Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner while abiding by all company policies and procedures
Accurately complete daily logbooks and inspections as well as online dispatch and routing system requirements (e.g. inputting weight slips, photos of delivery, etc.)




Act in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Environment rules and regulations
Complete general maintenance of disposal bins to ensure they are in well working condition and are visually appealing
Ensure all bins are clean and free of debris before delivery
Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as assigned by management
Requirements: 3 Years of Heavy Vehicle Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid and clean DZ driver’s license.
Copy of drivers abstract
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch and all employees
Ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
Safety Boots
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility with your work schedule is necessary as start and end times may vary.
Follows all safety, compliance, and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards
This individual will be able to assess problem situations, recognize issues, and use judgment to create solutions that meet required standards.
