Responsibilities include:



• Lead employees during assigned shifts • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly • Manage customer service and drive-thru performance • Assign tasks and supervise team productivity • Maintain cleanliness, food safety and Burger King standards • Handle operational issues during the shift • Support training and development of employees • Communicate clearly with restaurant management Candidate profile: • Reliable, punctual and accountable • Leadership mentality and strong work ethic • Able to stay organized under pressure • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Restaurant supervisory experience preferred • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends We are looking for someone who wants responsibility, stability and advancement opportunities .
